摘  要:针对自动化码头的U形物理结构,文中提出当堆场出现人员外部干涉时同轨双机自动锁闭堆场区域,实现对堆场作业人员的安全保护,并对机器作业路径进行规划优化调度双机作业,减少机器停滞作业时间,提高机器的作业效率。为了方便作业人员进出堆场维修,在U形堆场海陆两端及堆场中间区域分别安装维修门,门上安装无线射频卡,当有人请求进入堆场或登上设备进行维修时,堆场双集装箱龙门起重机自动实现对该区域的封锁,并分别进行路径规划规避该区域并执行堆场其他区域的自动化指令。相比传统码头方案,该联动系统对于双悬臂起重机自动化作业干扰少,更方便操作人员进入自动化作业区域工作,也更安全可靠。Given the U-shaped physical layout of the automated terminal,a safety mechanism where two machines on the same rail can automatically lock the yard area in response to external interference from personnel is proposed.This feature ensures the safety of yard workers by preventing unauthorized access and potential collisions,and enables planning and optimization of operational paths of machines to schedule double-machine operation movements efficiently,which minimizes machine idle time and enhances overall operational efficiency.To facilitate maintenance,maintenance doors equipped with wireless radio frequency cards were installed at both ends of the U-shaped yard(on the land and sea sides)as well as in the middle area of the yard.When maintenance personnel request access to the yard or need to board the equipment,the double-container gantry crane in the yard automatically blocks the relevant area,plans alternative paths to avoid it,and continues executing automated instructions in other areas.Compared to traditional wharf designs,this integrated system offers minimal disruption to the automated operations of the double cantilever cranes,provides easier access for operators to enter the automated area,and ensures a higher level of safety and reliability.
