摘  要:文中针对叉车的使用和本体安全,兼顾叉车的使用管理、维护保养,研究了叉车远程安全监测中的驾驶人员身份识别及控制、新型环境安全AI算法、安全控制硬件、边缘计算及云端架构设计、远程监测与诊断等技术和装备,搭建了远程安全监测物联网系统,最终实现了叉车智能化、数字化管理应用,提出了叉车安全治理新模式。To address issues regarding to usage and operational safety of forklifts,taking into account the use management and maintenance of forklifts,remote safety monitoring technologies and equipment are reviewed,including driver identification and control in remote safety monitoring of forklifts,advanced environmental safety AI algorithms,safety control hardware,edge computing,cloud architecture design,and remote monitoring and diagnostics.Based on these findings,an Internet of things system for remote safety monitoring of forklifts has been established.This system not only enables intelligent and digital management of forklift operations but also introduces a new forklift safety management paradigm,enhancing overall safety and operational efficiency.
