摘 要:塌方是隧道施工中较为常见的事故,它严重威胁着施工人员的人身安全,而复杂的地质条件又易于隧道塌方的发生。为研究复杂地质条件下隧道塌方的处治措施,论文以互助北山隧道 2# 斜井拱顶塌方的处治为例,结合现场勘察资料,系统分析了互助北山隧道 2# 斜井拱顶塌方的地质条件和过程,结果表明,拱顶塌方处围岩极为破碎,裂隙发育显著,是产生塌方的主要因素。文章提出采用封闭、回填反压掌子面,施作仰拱和二衬,注浆加固、回填塌腔,浇筑护拱,施做超前支护,开挖进洞的处治措施能够有效处理隧道的塌方,为类似隧道塌方的处理提供了参考。Collapse is a common accident in tunnel construction,which seriously threatens the personal safety of construction personnel,and complex geological conditions are prone to tunnel collapse.In order to study the treatment measures of tunnel collapse under complex geological conditions,this paper takes the treatment of the vault collapse of 2#inclined shaft of Huzhu Beishan Tunnel as an example.Combined with the field investigation data,the geological conditions and process of the vault collapse of 2#inclined shaft of Huzhu Beishan Tunnel are systematically analyzed.The results show that the surrounding rock at the vault collapse is extremely broken,and the fracture development is significant,which is the main factor causing the collapse.It is proposed that the treatment measures of sealing and backfilling back pressure working face,applying inverted arch and secondary lining,grouting reinforcement,backfilling collapse cavity,pouring arch protection,applying advanced support and excavating into tunnel can effectively deal with the collapse of tunnel,which provides a reference for the treatment of similar tunnel collapse.
