摘  要:模拟火灾发生初期的火势蔓延,以小木垛作为明火引火源,构建软体家具阻燃性能测试体系。通过分析木条种类、纱布以及引燃所用有机溶剂,运用锥形量热仪和热值测定装置测定燃烧过程中的热释放速率、总热释放量、燃烧时长及温度等关键指标,确定了以松木、纱布以及1.4 mL的乙醇构成小木垛燃烧试验火源。随机选取市面上常见的30款软体家具进行阻燃性能测试,结果表明10款软体家具通过阻燃验证。该测定方法操作简便,可以有效鉴别软体家具的阻燃性能。The study simulated the initial spread of a fire,using small wood piles as ignition sources for open flames,to establish a testing system for evaluating the flame retardant properties of soft furniture.By analyzing the types of wood strips,gauze,and the organic solvents used for ignition,a cone calorimeter and a calorific value measurement device were used to determine key indicators during the combustion process,such as the rate of heat release,total heat release,combustion duration,and temperature.It was determined that a combination of pine wood,gauze,and 1.4 mL of ethanol constituted the ignition source for the small wood pile combustion test.30 commonly available soft furniture items were randomly selected for flame retardant performance testing,with results showing that 10 items passed the flame retardant verification.This testing method is straightforward to operate and can effectively assess the flame retardant properties of soft furniture.
