摘　　要：习近平总书记十分关心美丽宁夏建设。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记先后三次到宁夏考察,就生态文明建设、坚持绿色发展作出了一系列重要论述和指示,明确了宁夏在全国生态全局和黄河流域生态大局的战略定位,赋予宁夏努力建设黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区的时代使命,提出了美丽宁夏建设的重点任务和实践要求。习近平早期关于宁夏生态环境保护工作的相关思考和实践探索是习近平生态文明思想历史形成过程中的丰富源泉和重要节点;党的十八大以来习近平总书记在宁夏考察时的相关重要讲话和科学论断,是习近平生态文明思想的有机组成部分,彰显着习近平生态文明思想的真理光芒和实践伟力,是奋力谱写人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化宁夏篇章的根本遵循。General Secretary XI Jinping has shown great concern for the development of a beautiful Ningxia and has inspected the region three times.During these visits,he has made a series of important remarks and instructions regarding ecological civilization development and insists on green development,clarifying Ningxia’s strategic position within the overall national ecological framework and the ecological situation of the Yellow River Basin.He also tasked Ningxia with the mission of leading ecological conservation and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin,and outlined key tasks and practical requirements for building a beautiful Ningxia.XI Jinping’s early thoughts and practical explorations on Ningxia’s ecological environmental protection are rich sources and important milestones in the historical formation of XI Jinping Ecological Civilization Thought.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,XI Jinping’s important speeches and scientific conclusions during his visits to Ningxia have become integral parts of XI Jinping Ecological Civilization Thought,which highlights the truth and practical power of this thought,providing fundamental guidance for advancing Chinese-style modernization in Ningxia,where humans and nature live in harmony.
