摘  要:根据浙江省高职院校“走出去”办学、服务泰中罗勇工业园区中资企业部分成功经验展开论述,一是坚持政府引导与抱团的“两个合力”,二是把握企业主体与院校专业优先的“两个关键”,三是紧扣“职业+汉语”整合培育与“本土化”企业班组长培养的“两个抓手”,希冀通过建设高度灵活、富有弹性的扎根境外经贸园区的校企合作平台,优先启动中外校企三方认可度高、条件成熟的企业外籍班组长培训项目,为高职院校职教出海提供办学经验。Based on the successful experiences of Zhejiang Province's vocational colleges in overseas education and serving Chinese enterprises in the Rayong Industrial Park,this article discusses the following aspects:firstly,adhering to the"two forces"of government guidance and corporate unity;secondly,grasping the"two key points"of prioritizing enterprise entities and college majors;and thirdly,focusing on the"vocational skills+Chinese language"integration cultivation and"localization"enterprise team leader training.It is hoped that through the construction of a highly flexible and adaptable school enterprise cooperation platform rooted in overseas economic and trade parks,priority will be given to launching foreign team leader training programs for enterprises with high recognition and mature conditions from both domestic and foreign schools and enterprises,providing valuable experiences for vocational colleges'overseas education.
