摘　　要：“五老”是乡村振兴的重要参与者,发挥其在助推产业兴旺、推动生态宜居、优化乡风文明、助力治理有效、促进生活富裕等方面的价值功能,是新时代推进乡村振兴的应有之义。但在“五老”参与乡村振兴的具体实践中,普遍存在着“五老”身份认同混乱、权威认可度低,文化情怀观念淡化、缺乏乡土文化土壤,乡村机制不健全、缺少参与规范与基本保障,知识技能老化、老年教育脱离实际等问题。进入新时代,发挥“五老”赋能乡村振兴的价值功能,需要以强化身份认同为切入点,以重塑文化自信为支撑点,以加强机制建设为立足点,以强化教育提升为突破点,从而充分激发“五老”参与乡村振兴的活力与动力。As an important participant in rural revitalization,the"five elders"play their value functions in boosting industrial prosperity,promoting ecological livability,optimizing rural civilization,helping effective governance and promoting affluent life,which is the proper meaning of promoting rural revitalization in the new era.However,in the concrete practice of the"five elders"participating in rural revitalization,there are widespread problems such as confusion of identity,low recognition of authority,weakening of cultural feelings,lack of local cultural soil,imperfect rural mechanism,lack of participation norms and basic guarantees,aging knowledge and skills,and divorced education for the elderly from reality.In the new era,to give full play to the value function of the"five elders"in empowering rural revitalization,it is necessary to strengthen identity as the breakthrough point,reshape cultural selfconfidence as the support point,strengthen mechanism construction as the foothold,and pay attention to educational promotion as the breakthrough point,so as to fully stimulate the vitality and motivation of the"five elders"to participate in rural revitalization.
