摘 要:界面层对于碳化硅纤维增强碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料性能具有重要影响.为此,采用化学气相沉积工艺,在碳化硅纤维表面制备热解碳(PyC)涂层作为反应源,通过熔盐化学原位反应将PyC转化为TiC-Ti_(2)AlC涂层.通过对物相、微观结构以及形貌表征分析发现:TiC在TiC-Ti_(2)AlC涂层中以较大层状晶粒与纤维基底相连,而Ti_(2)AlC以较小晶粒分散于TiC层.进一步研究表明:PyC涂层厚度对其向TiC-Ti_(2)AlC转化有重要影响,因而可调节TiC-Ti_(2)AlC与纤维的结合强度.The interface layer has an important effect on the properties of SiC fiber reinforced SiC matrix ceramic composites.In this study,PyC coating was prepared on the surface of SiC fiber by chemical vapor deposition process.Then PyC was converted into TiC-Ti_(2)AlC coating by in-situ reaction in molten salt.Through the characterization and analysis of the phase composition,microstructure and morphology of the reaction products,it is found that the TiC in the TiC-Ti_(2)AlC coating is bonded with the fiber with large layered grains,while the Ti_(2)AlC is dispersed in the TiC layer with small grains.Further study showed that the coating thickness of PyC has important effects on the conversion behavior,thus could be used to regulate the bonding strength of TiC-Ti_(2)AlC and fiber.
