共同价值:对普世价值的超越与发展——从存在、语言与意识的互构关系展开

摘　　要：语言哲学逻辑下,存在、语言与意识三者相互影响,彼此间的相互作用塑造了客观世界、语言及思想的秩序。从三者的互动关系切入国际政界混用共同价值与普世价值的问题不仅可行,而且必要。共同价值是对普世价值的超越与发展。从哲学思辨的维度来看,普世价值与共同价值都是反映客观存在的意识,前者忽视多元多层次主体,失去了现实性;后者正确反映了全人类生存与发展的要求,即面对客观环境变化而产生了共建共治共享的需求,兼顾人类命运共同体之中多元主体之存在与需求,是开显价值的价值观念。基于哲学概念,进一步从跨文化与语言的维度分析,普世价值所指的主体以西方中心论为支撑,是一个面向过去、极力维护资本主义现状的僵化概念。共同价值在语言演变的过程以及马克思主义的共同体思想中强调“平等共同体内部的分享”之核心语义,是面向当下与未来的富有生命力的概念。结合存在、语言与意义的互构关系分析国际外交,普世价值作为西方国家谋取自身利益的借口和工具,与话语霸权、强权政治形成了恶性循环;共同价值代表着新的话语与国际秩序,提倡共建共治共享的人类命运共同体。Under the logic of linguistic philosophy,existence,language,and consciousness interact with each other,shaping the order of the objective world,language,and thought.It is not only feasible but also necessary to approach the issue of mixing common values and universal values in the international political arena from the interactive relationship between the three.Common value is the transcendence and development of universal values.From the perspective of philosophical speculation,both universal values and common values reflect the consciousness of objective existence.The former ignores diverse and multi-level subjects and loses its reality;The latter correctly reflects the requirements for the survival and development of all mankind,that is,the need for co construction,co governance,and sharing in the face of objective environmental changes,taking into account the existence and needs of multiple subjects in the community with a shared future for mankind,which is a value concept that reveals its value.Based on philosophical concepts and further analyzed from cross-cultural and linguistic dimensions,the subject referred to by universal values is supported by Western centrism and is a rigid concept that faces the past and strives to maintain the status quo of capitalism.Common value emphasizes the core semantics of sharing within an equal community in the process of language evolution and the Marxist concept of community,and is a vibrant concept oriented towards the present and future.Analyzing the interrelationship between existence,language,and meaning in international diplomacy,universal values serve as an excuse and tool for Western countries to seek their own interests,forming a vicious cycle with discourse hegemony and power politics;Common values represent a new discourse and international order,advocating for the construction,governance,and sharing of a community with a shared future for mankind.
