摘  要:鉴于当前中国纯电动汽车(BEV)产业的快速发展,环保主管部门正考虑将纯电动汽车推进系统纳入车载诊断(OBD)系统监管。分析了现有OBD法规系统设计要求的适用性和兼容性,提出了针对纯电动汽车推进系统OBD监控与信息报告要求的关键技术方案,包括部件监控、故障指示、故障码存储和清除,以及标准化要求。为环保政策以及制造商诊断策略的制定提供技术参考,提高售后维保效率,促进纯电动车产业健康发展,推动绿色出行。Given the rapid development of China's battery electric vehicle(BEV)industry,the environmental protection authorities are considering incorporating the propulsion system of battery electric vehicles into the supervision of the on-board diagnostics(OBD)system.This article analyzes the applicability and compatibility of the system design requirements of existing OBD regulations.It proposes key technical solutions for the OBD monitoring and information reporting requirements of battery electric vehicle propulsion systems,including component monitoring,malfunction indication,fault code storage and clearing,and standardized requirements.This study provides technical references for environmental protection policies and the formulation of manufacturers'diagnostic strategies,improves after-sales maintenance efficiency,promotes the healthy development of the battery electric vehicle industry,and encourages green travel.
