摘  要:作为主要的温室气体排放领域之一,交通运输部门减碳对实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标至关重要。对中国而言,因地制宜发展车用替代燃料是中国交通部门实现减碳的有效手段。综合考虑车用替代燃料的技术水平、资源禀赋、产业特点和政策环境等因素,建立了基于层次分析的多维度决策模型,并选取重庆市为研究案例,探讨了该区域的车用替代燃料发展路径。结果表明,天然气和电动汽车是重庆市的优先路线选择,重庆市在车用替代燃料路线发展方面可以充分利用本地丰富的天然气资源和水电资源,加强相关技术研发和基础设施建设,提高能源转换效率和推广应用的可行性。研究结果可为车用替代燃料发展相关规划和政策的制定提供参考。Decarbonizing the transportation sector,one of the major sources of greenhouse gas emissions,is crucial for achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals.For China,developing vehicle alternative fuels according to local conditions is an effective strategy for reducing carbon emissions in this sector.Considering factors such as technological level,resource endowment,industrial characteristics,and policy environment related to vehicle alternative fuels,a multi-dimensional decision model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was established.Chongqing was selected as a case study to explore the region's development path for vehicle alternative fuels.The results indicate that natural gas and electric vehicles are the preferred options for Chongqing. The city can fully utilize its abundant natural gas and hydropower resources, strengthen relevant technological research and development, and enhance infrastructure to improve energy conversion efficiency and the feasibility of widespread adoption. These research findings can provide a reference for the formulation of development plans and policies related to vehicle alternative fuels.
