摘　　要：方法论上的整体主义与个人主义,作为民族志书写中的两个侧面,在民族志书写中起着十分重要的作用。在科学民族志阶段,立足于对科学理性、客观性及关系性的认识与理解,民族志书写的结构化实践逐渐形成,整体性在科学民族志书写中得以正式呈现。在后现代民族志阶段,奠基于对价值理性、主体性及多元性的尊崇与强调,民族志书写的解构化趋势十分明显,个人性在后现代民族志书写中受到不断热捧。结构与解构、整体与个人的碰撞与交融,无不表征着民族志书写的历史与逻辑。在全球化视野与唯物辩证法的指引下,当代人类学民族志书写要与时代为伍、与科技为伴,不断促使整体性在民族志书写中复归,才能实现民族志书写的现代化,才能推进求真至善唯美的民族志的最终形成。Methodological holism and methodological individualism,as two aspects of ethnographic writing,play a very important role in ethnographic writing.In the stage of scientific ethnography,based on the cognition and understanding of scientific rationality,objectivity and relationality,the structuration practice of ethnographic writing is gradually formed,and the integrity is formally presented in the scientific ethnographic writing.In the postmodern ethnography stage,based on the respect and emphasis on value rationality,subjectivity and pluralism,the deconstruction trend of ethnographic writing is quite obvious,with individuality continuously gaining popularity in postmodern ethnographic narratives.The collision and fusion of structure and deconstruction,as well as the whole and the individual,all represent the history and logic of ethnography.At present,under the guidance of the global vision and materialist dialectics,contemporary anthropology and ethnographic writing must keep pace with the times and technology,and constantly promote the return of integrity in ethnographic writing,in order to realize the modernization of anthropology and ethnographic writing and promote the final formation of an ethnography seeking truth,perfection and beauty.
