系统论视域下高校“三全育人”的要素构成、影响机理及实践路径

摘  要:高校“三全育人”是一个由主体、客体、载体等诸多要素相互联系、相互作用而构成的集合系统。在诸多元素中,教育主体、目标、内容和方式构成核心圈层,多元教育载体构成载体圈层,教育的内外环境构成环境圈层。各圈层中要素之间的相互影响机理决定了高校“三全育人”工作的整体性、开放性、结构性、动态性和层次性。在厘清高校“三全育人”要素构成及影响机理的基础上,进一步发挥党委的统领作用,树立主体间的共同目标,并加强改革创新,才能有效提高高校“三全育人”协同力、驱动力和实效性。“Three-Wide Education”in universities is a collection system composed of many elements,such as subjects,objects and carriers.Among many elements,educational subjects,objectives,contents and methods constitute the core circle,multiple educational carriers constitute the sub circle,and the internal and external environment of education constitutes the outer circle.The interaction mechanism among the elements in each circle determines the integrity,openness,structure,dynamics and hierarchy of“Three-Wide Education”in universities.On the basis of clarifying the element composition and influence mechanism of"Three-Wide Education"in universities,we should give fuller play to the leading role of the Party committee,establish the common goal among subjects,and strengthen reform and innovation,so as to effectively improve the synergy,driving force and effectiveness of“Three-Wide Education”in universities.
