摘 要:众包模式下的价值共创已然成为数字经济时代价值创新的通行范式,知识动态能力作为企业赢取核心竞争优势的可持续来源同样获得了学界广泛关注,然而现有文献尚未从超网络嵌入视角对二者之间多向因果联系下的协同反馈路径展开系统研究。鉴于此,本文构建众包创新超网络嵌入与企业知识动态能力协同演化过程的系统动力学模型,并运用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真模拟与灵敏度分析。研究结果表明:众包创新有助于强化企业双元学习行为并显著改善其创新绩效;超网络认知、关系及结构嵌入深度对于企业知识感知响应、整合利用及重构转变能力提升具有正向影响;众包创新战略边界拓展,市场环境政策及网络平台构建可分别从系统生态内部、外部、本部对企业知识动态子能力的提升产生正向协同。所得结论丰富了众包创新研究视角并拓展了超网络嵌入理论应用范畴,为众包类企业制定合理的竞争策略提供了理论支撑。Value co-creation under the crowdsourcing model has become a common paradigm for value innovation in the era of digital economy.Knowledge dynamic capabilities as a sustainable source for companies to win core competitive advantages have also received widespread attention from the academic community.However,the existing literature has not systematically studied the collaborative feedback path under the multi-directional causal relationship between them from the perspective of super-network embedding.In view of this,a system dynamics model of the co-evolution process of crowdsourcing innovation super-network embedding and enterprise knowledge dynamic capabilities is constructed,and Vensim-PLE software is used for simulation and sensitivity analysis.The research results show that crowdsourcing innovation helps to strengthen the dual learning behavior of enterprises and significantly improve their innovation performance;super-network cognition,relationship and structure embedding depth have a positive impact on the improvement of enterprise knowledge perception response,integration and utilization,reconstruction and transformation ability;crowdsourcing innovation strategy boundary expansion,market environment policy and network platform construction have a positive synergy for the improvement of enterprise knowledge dynamic sub-capabilities from the internal,external,and headquarters of the system ecology.The conclusions obtained have enriched the perspectives of crowdsourcing innovation research and expanded the scope of application of the theory of super-network embeddedness,providing theoretical support for crowdsourcing enterprises to formulate reasonable competitive strategies.
