摘　　要：克新40是以CIP393371.157为母本、以尤金为父本杂交选育而成的中晚熟鲜食型、薯条加工兼用型马铃薯新品种。该品种在黑龙江省春季栽培从出苗至成熟86 d左右。株型半直立,株高约65.3 cm。茎、叶绿色,茎翼微波状。花序小,花冠紫色,近五边形。结薯集中,薯块短卵圆形,表皮略麻,黄皮带有部分紫色,黄肉,芽眼深度中,单株结薯数6~10个,平均单薯质量152.3 g,商品薯(>75 g)率在83.33%~92.0%,667 m^(2)产量3200 kg左右。高抗晚疫病,中抗PVX病毒病,抗PVY病毒病,耐贮藏。干物质含量(w,后同)16.4%,淀粉含量12.4%,粗蛋白含量1.34%,维生素C含量33.6 mg·100 g^(-1),还原糖含量0.45%。适宜在黑龙江省各生态区种植。2023年通过农业农村部非主要农作物品种登记。Kexin 40 is a new fresh and french fries processing potato variety,which was hybrid bred with CIP393371.157 as female parent and Youjin as male parent.This variety is medium and late maturing and the growth period is about 86 days from emergence to maturity in spring of Heilongjiang province.The plant is semi upright with about 65.3 cm in height.The stems and leaves are green,and the stem is microwave-shaped.Its inflorescence is small,with purple and near-ly pentagonal corolla.The tubers are concentrated.The tubers are short oval,yellow skin with partial purple and slightly hemp,yellow flesh,medium bud eyes.There are 6 to 10 potato tubers per plant,and single potato mass is 152.3 g.The commercial potato rate is from 83.33%to 92.0%.The average yield is about 3200 kg per 667 m^(2).The variety is highly resistant to late blight,resistant to the virus of PVY and moderately resistant to the virus of PVX,and resistant to storage.The tuber dry matter content is 16.4%,starch content is 12.4%,crude protein content is 1.34%,vitamin C content is 33.6 mg·100 g^(-1),and reducing sugar content is 0.45%.It is suitable for planting in various ecological areas of Heilongjiang province.
