摘 要:目的 研究适合疾病预防控制中心检验科的质量管理方法 。方法 选取2022年10月—2024年3月滕州市疾病预防控制中心的22名工作人员为研究对象,2022年10月—2023年5月期间行常规管理,2023年6月—2024年3月期间行强化质量管理。比较两组工作人员的管理质量评分、敬业度评分、不良事件总发生率。结果 强化质量管理组各项管理质量评分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。强化质量管理组工作人员各项敬业度评分均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。强化质量管理组的不良反应总发生率为5.00%(19/380),低于常规管理组的0.79%(3/380),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.983,P<0.05)。结论 在疾病预防控制中心检验科日常工作中强化质量管理,可提高人员管理水平,工作人员对本职工作更加敬业,不良事件发生率较低。Objective To study the quality management methods suitable for the laboratory department of the Center for disease control and prevention.Methods From October 2022 to March 2024,twenty-two staff members in Teng⁃zhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention were selected as the research objects.Routine management was car⁃ried out from October 2022 to May 2023,and quality management was strengthened from June 2023 to March 2024.The management quality score,engagement score and total incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The management quality scores of the intensive quality management group were higher than those of the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of staff engagement in the intensive quality management group were higher than those in the conventional management group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the in⁃tensive quality management group was 5.00%(19/380),which was lower than 0.79%(3/380)in the conventional man⁃agement group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.983,P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening quality management in the daily work of the laboratory department of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention can im⁃prove the management level of personnel,make staff more dedicated to their work,and reduce the incidence of ad⁃verse events.
