摘 要:目的 探讨金字塔教学法联合案例学习(case-based learning,CBL)教学法在手术室带教中的效果及对临床操作能力的影响。方法 选取2022年9月—2024年9月在诸城市人民医院手术室实习的68名实习医生为研究对象,根据带教方法 不同分为两组,各34名。对照组采用CBL教学法,观察组联合金字塔教学法,比较两组教学质量、临床操作能力及教学满意度。结果 观察组教学质量考核总分为(91.32±4.71)分,高于对照组的(80.63±3.97)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.753,P均<0.05)。观察组临床实践、人际沟通、观察判断、应急处理、应急配合、器械使用能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对带教老师评价、教学方法 、自我评价、能提升自学能力及教学效果满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 金字塔教学法联合CBL教学法用于手术室带教中效果良好,能提升教学质量,提高临床操作能力,可获得较高的教学满意度。Objective To explore the effect of pyramid teaching method combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in operating room teaching and its influence on clinical operation ability.Methods A total of sixty-eight interns who practiced in the operating room from September 2022 to September 2024 in Zhucheng People's Hos⁃pital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,thirty-four in each group.The control group was treated with CBL teaching method,and the observation group was combined with pyramid teaching method.The teaching quality,clinical operation ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of teaching quality assessment in the observation group was 91.32±4.71,which was higher than 80.63±3.97 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=121.753,P<0.05).The scores of clinical practice,interpersonal communication,observation and judgment,emergency treatment,emergency cooperation and equipment use ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teacher evalua⁃tion,teaching methods,self-evaluation,self-learning ability and teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Pyramid teaching method combined with CBL teaching method is effective in the teaching of operating room,which can improve the teaching quality,improve the clinical operation ability,and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
