摘　　要：目的 分析疾病预防控制中心实施消毒集中式管理的效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2023年10月济南市章丘区疾病预防控制中心的21名工作人员为研究对象。2021年9月—2022年9月实施消毒常规管理,设为常规组。2022年10月—2023年10月实施消毒集中式管理,设为观察组。对比两组医疗器械合格率、工作人员工作质量和满意度。结果 观察组医疗器械合格率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员工作质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组总满意度为100.00%(21/21),高于常规组的76.19%(16/21),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.676,P<0.05)。结论 消毒集中式管理在疾病预防控制中心消毒管理中的效果理想,可提高医疗器械洗消合格率和工作人员工作质量,满意度也较高。Objective To analyze the effect of centralized management of disinfection in the centers for disease con⁃trol and prevention.Methods Twenty-one staff members of Zhangqiu Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Ji⁃nan City from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.From September 2021 to Sep⁃tember 2022,routine disinfection management was implemented and set as the routine group.From October 2022 to October 2023,centralized disinfection management was implemented and set as the observation group.The qualified rate of medical devices,work quality and satisfaction of staff were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of medical devices in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of work scores of the staff in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The to⁃tal satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(21/21),which was higher than 76.19%(16/21)of the conven⁃tional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.676,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of centralized disinfection management in the disinfection management of the centers for disease control and prevention is ideal,which can improve the qualified rate of medical equipment decontamination and the quality of staff work,and the sat⁃isfaction is also high.
