摘 要:目的 研究责任制管理联合绩效考核对提升内分泌科护理质量的效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年6月于襄阳市中西医结合医院内分泌科工作的护理人员10名作为研究对象。2022年6—12月应用常规护理管理模式。2023年1—6月期间应用责任制管理联合绩效考核。对比管理前后护理工作质量、护理人员对管理模式满意度评分及综合能力评分。结果 管理前护理人员服务态度、基础操作技能、专科护理操作、护理文书、服务态度评分为(18.25±0.46)分、(18.49±0.32)分、(18.63±0.35)分、(18.53±0.22)分、(18.46±0.31)分,低于管理后的(19.20±0.22)分、(19.26±0.25)分、(19.39±0.29)分、(19.36±0.24)分、(19.28±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.892、5.996、5.287、8.062、6.207,P均<0.05)。管理前护理人员对管理模式满意度评分、综合能力评分均低于管理后,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 内分泌科护理管理中应用责任制管理联合绩效考核,可提高本科室护理工作质量,同时对护理人员综合能力、对管理模式的满意度提高有积极的促进作用,有助于提供高质量的护理服务。Objective To study the effect of responsibility management combined with performance appraisal on im⁃proving the nursing quality of endocrinology department.Methods Ten nurses who worked in endocrinology depart⁃ment of Xiangyang Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research object.From June to December 2022,the routine nursing management mode was applied.From January to June 2023,the joint performance appraisal of responsibility system management was applied.The quality of nursing work,nurses'satisfaction score with management mode and comprehensive ability score were com⁃pared before and after management.Results The scores of service attitude,basic operational skills,specialized nurs⁃ing operations,nursing documents,and service attitude of the nursing staff before management were 18.25±0.46,18.49±0.32,18.63±0.35,18.53±0.22,18.46±0.31,lower than 19.20±0.22,19.26±0.25,19.39±0.29,19.36±0.24,19.28±0.28,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.892,5.996,5.287,8.062,6.207,all P<0.05).Com⁃pared with after management,the nurses'satisfaction score with management mode and comprehensive ability score were all lower before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The ap⁃plication of responsibility management combined with performance appraisal in nursing management of endocrinology department can improve the quality of nursing work in this department,and it also has a positive role in promoting the comprehensive ability of nurses and their satisfaction with management mode,is helpful to provide high-quality nurs⁃ing services.
