摘 要:目的 评价内科教学中应用翻转课堂教学联合案例教学的效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2023年7月于临沂高新区罗西街道社区卫生服务中心内科实习的20名实习生为研究对象,按随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,各10名。对照组采取常规教学,观察组采取翻转课堂教学联合案例教学。对比两组综合能力考核、理论与实践考核结果 、教学满意度。结果 观察组出科理论知识掌握度为(9.4±0.6)分,临床实践操作综合能力为(9.5±0.5)分,均高于对照组的(8.6±0.4)分、(8.3±0.3)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.508、6.507,P均<0.05)。观察组综合能力考核评分、教学满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 将翻转课堂教学联合案例教学法应用于内科教学中,可有效提高临床教学质量,提高实习生的综合能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of applying flipped classroom teaching combined with case teaching in in⁃ternal medicine teaching.Methods Twenty interns of internal medicine department practice in Luoxi Street Commu⁃nity Health Service Center of Linyi High-tech Zone from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table,with ten in each group.The control group took routine teaching,and the observation group took flipped classroom teaching combined with case teaching.The comprehensive ability assessment,theoretical and practical assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The mastery of theoretical knowledge score of the observation group was 9.4±0.6,and the comprehensive ability score of clinical practice was 9.5±0.5,which were higher than 8.6±0.4 and 8.3±0.3 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.508,6.507,both P<0.05).The comprehensive ability assessment scores and teaching satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The applica⁃tion of flipped classroom teaching combined with case teaching method in internal medicine teaching can effectively improve the quality of clinical teaching and enhance the comprehensive ability of interns.
