摘 要:目的 探讨信息化追溯系统应用于外来医疗器械的管理效果。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年6月淮安八十二医院供应室参与外来医疗器械管理的9名工作人员为研究对象。2022年7—12月采用常规管理作为对照组,并选取2 318件外来医疗器械作为观察主体。2023年1—6月采用信息化追溯系统作为观察组,并选取2 327件外来医疗器械作为观察主体。比较两组器械清洗质量、包装正确情况、器械缺陷情况、满意度及工作效率评分。结果 观察组器械清洗合格率、包装正确率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组器械缺陷率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度及工作效率评分分别为(93.42±2.71)分、(94.06±1.94)分,高于对照组的(84.19±4.03)分、(84.80±4.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.702、5.946,P均<0.05)。结论 实施外来医疗器械的信息化追溯系统,可降低器械缺陷率,提高清洗合格率和包装正确率,同时提升工作人员满意度和工作效率。Objective To explore the application of information tracing system in the management of foreign medical devices.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,nine staff members involved in the management of foreign medical devices in the supply office of Huai'an 82 Hospital were selected as the research objects.From July to December 2022,conventional management was used as the control group,and 2,318 foreign medical devices were selected as the observation subjects.From January to June 2023,the information-based traceability system was adopted as the obser⁃vation group,and 2327 foreign medical devices were selected as the observation subjects.The cleaning quality,cor⁃rect packing,equipment defect,satisfaction and work efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The quali⁃fied rate of instrument cleaning and correct rate of packaging in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The defect rate of instruments in the observa⁃tion group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction and work efficiency scores of the observation group were 93.42±2.71 and 94.06±1.94,which were higher than 84.19±4.03 and 84.80±4.25 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.702,5.946,both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the information tracing system for external medical devices can reduce the defect rate of devices,improve the cleaning qualification rate and packaging accuracy rate,and improve staff satisfac⁃tion and work efficiency.
