摘 要:目的 研究分析骨科器械管理采用SMART目标管理方案结合程序化管理方式进行管理干预的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1—6月丹江口市第一医院骨1关节创伤骨科使用的200件医疗器械作为对照组,使用常规方式进行器械管理;选取2023年7—12月骨科疾病诊疗使用的200件医疗器械作为观察组,运用SMART目标管理方案结合程序化管理方式进行管理。对比两组器械管理质量、器械处置时效性、器械质量。结果 观察组各环节器械管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组器械管理质量总分为(97.34±0.89)分,高于对照组的(91.22±1.87)分,差异有统计学意义(t=41.792,P<0.05)。观察组各项器械处置时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组各项器械质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 SMART目标管理方案结合程序化管理应用于骨科器械管理,有助于提升器械质量。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of SMART target management scheme combined with procedural management mode for management intervention in orthopedic instrument management.Methods From January to June 2023,200 medical devices used in the Department of Bone 1 joint Trauma Orthopedics in the Danjiangkou First Hospital were selected as the control group,and the device management was carried out in a con⁃ventional way.A total of 200 medical devices used in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic diseases from July to December 2023 were selected as the observation group,and SMART target management scheme combined with proce⁃dural management method was used for management.The quality of instrument management,the timeliness of instru⁃ment disposal and the quality of instrument were compared between the two groups.Results The quality score of in⁃strument management in each link of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total score of instrument management quality in the observation group was 97.34±0.89,which was higher than 91.22±1.87 in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(t=41.792,P<0.05).The disposal time of each instrument in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of instruments in the observa⁃tion group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con⁃clusion The application of SMART target management scheme combined with procedural management in orthopedic instrument management is helpful to improve the quality of instrument.
