摘  要:认知功能障碍是神经病理性疼痛的常见并发症,表现为注意力、记忆力及判断力下降,严重影响病人的生活质量。尽管已有研究揭示神经病理性疼痛与认知功能障碍之间的密切联系,然而其共病的机制尚不完全明确,导致临床治疗策略有限。神经病理性疼痛引起的神经元和胶质细胞功能紊乱、神经活性物质的改变及神经回路重塑等现象是潜在的病理基础。本文综述了神经病理性疼痛与认知功能障碍共病的细胞和分子机制,提出了未来研究的潜在方向,并为治疗方法的创新提供了思路。Cognitive dysfunction is a common comorbidity of neuropathic pain,manifesting as impairments in attention,memory,and judgment,which severely affects the patient's quality of life.Although existing studies have revealed a close association between neuropathic pain and cognitive dysfunction,the underlying mechanisms of their comorbidity remain incompletely understood,leading to limited clinical treatment strategies.Potential pathological basis include neuronal and glial cell dysfunction,changes in neuroactive substances,and neural circuit remodeling induced by neuropathic pain.This review summarizes the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying the comorbidity of neuropathic pain and cognitive dysfunction,proposes potential directions for future research,and provides insights for the development of innovative therapeutic approaches.
