摘　　要：胃癌作为胃黏膜上皮恶性肿瘤,是消化道恶性肿瘤中发病率较高的疾病,早期症状隐蔽,确诊时通常处于晚期阶段。手术治疗是主要的治疗手段,术后并发症的发生不仅影响患者的康复进程,还可能增加再住院率和死亡率。基于此,本研究根据胃癌术后常见并发症类型以及危险因素进行分析,以期为临床实践提供参考和指导。Gastric cancer,as a gastric mucosal epithelial malignant tumor,is a disease with a high incidence among digestive tract malignant tumors.The early symptoms are hidden and the diagnosis is usually in an advanced stage.Surgical treatment is the main means of treatment,the occurrence of postoperative complications not only affects the recovery process of patients,but also may increase the rate of re-hospitalization and mortality.Based on this,this study analyzed common postoperative complications and risk factors for gastric cancer in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.
