摘　　要：胰瘘为胰腺切除术常见并发症之一,不仅增加腹腔感染、出血、多器官功能衰竭等症发生风险,且具有较高发生率,严重威胁患者生命安全。因此,本文对其危险因素及治疗进展进行综述,以期为术后胰瘘的预防及治疗提供参考。Pancreatic fistula is one of the common complications of pancreatic resection,which not only increases the risk of abdominal infection,bleeding,multiple organ failure and other diseases,but also has a high incidence,which seriously threatens the life safety of patients.Therefore,this article reviews its risk factors and treatment progress,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative pancreatic fistula.
