摘　　要：随着全球经济的发展和竞争的加剧,轨道交通行业面临着供应链管理和生产运行的巨大挑战。在此背景下,精益供应链建设成为提高行业竞争力、优化资源配置和降低成本的重要手段。构建精益供应链有助于实现科学的供应链管理,为轨道交通行业高效、快速发展提供有效保障。基于此,本文通过阐述轨道交通行业精益供应链现状,分析轨道交通行业精益供应链建设过程中存在的问题,提出轨道交通行业精益供应链建设优化策略,以期为轨道交通行业精益供应链建设提供参考。With the development of the global economy and intensified competition,the rail transit industry is facing enormous challenges in supply chain management and production operations.In this context,lean supply chain construction has become an important means to improve industry competitiveness,optimize resource allocation,and reduce costs.Building a lean supply chain helps achieve scientific supply chain management and provides effective support for the efficient and rapid development of the rail transit industry.Based on this,this article elaborates on the current situation of lean supply chain in the rail transit industry,analyzes the problems existing in lean supply chain in the rail transit industry,and proposes optimization strategies for lean supply chain construction in the rail transit industry,in order to provide reference for lean supply chain construction in the rail transit industry.
