基于生态学视角的高校思政课堂“微生态”优化

摘  要:高校思政课堂“微生态”中的每一个生态要素(因子)都不是孤立存在的,而是处于紧密联系、交互作用、动态平衡和共生共促之中,其独特的运转体系和循环逻辑将随着时代环境的迁移逐渐从一种单一的循环结构演化为多循环的组织结构,同时呈现出动态开放性、循环稳定性的新特点。因此,解读高校思政课堂从传统到现代的转型,优化课堂“微生态”,以此形成生态合力,是最大程度地发挥高校思想政治教育“同频共振”效应的应然之举,也是回应时代挑战,深化高校思政课改革,推动高校思想政治教育工作从传统向现代转型的主动之举。Every ecological element(factor)in the"microecology"of college ideological and political classrooms is not isolated,but is in close contact,interaction,dynamic balance,and symbiosis.Its unique operating system and cycle logic will gradually evolve from a single cycle structure to a multicycle organizational structure with the migration of the era environment,and at the same time,it will present new characteristics of dynamic openness and cycle stability.Therefore,interpreting the transformation of college ideological and political classrooms from traditional to modern,optimizing classroom"microecology",and forming ecological synergy is the right move to maximize the'resonance'effect of college ideological and political education,and it is also a proactive move to respond to the challenges of the times,deepen the reform of college ideological and political classes,and promote the transformation of college ideological and political education work from traditional to modern.
