摘 要:乳房重建是乳腺癌患者肿瘤治疗学的重要组成部分。乳房重建的术前规划至关重要,立体可视化技术的应用可提高外科医师对血管解剖的理解,为乳房重建带来了新的视角和方法。外科医师可通过计算机断层血管造影技术在术前获取患者详细的解剖信息。混合现实技术可提高术前规划的效率,为外科医师提供一个沉浸式和交互式的环境,以实现三维(3D)重建的可视化和操作。3D打印技术的应用使得乳房形态学和体积的测量更加准确。因此,术前规划在乳房重建中有巨大的发展前景。Breast reconstruction is a crucial component of postoperative restoration for breast cancer patients.The preoperative planning of breast reconstruction is of paramount importance,the application of stereoscopic visualization technology enhances surgeons'comprehension of vascular anatomy,offering new perspectives and methodologies for breast reconstruction.Surgeons can acquire detailed anatomical information using computer tomography angiography(CTA)techniques before the surgery.Augmented reality(AR)technology enhances preoperative planning efficiency,providing surgeons with an immersive and interactive environment for visualizing and manipulating three-dimensional(3D)reconstructions..The application of 3D printing technology enables more precise measurement of breast morphology and volume.Therefore,there is tremendous potential for the advancement of preoperative planning in breast reconstruction.
