摘 要:系统生物学是对复杂的生物系统进行多重分析和建模的学科,运用系统生物学方法挖掘并简化中医药的复杂性,为中医药科学化、现代化发展提供新的视角和方法。通过总结中医药在理论与实践中的复杂性,概括目前系统生物学在中医药诊断、处方优化、个体化诊疗、药物/疾病机理研究等方面的应用以及在中医药研究中的潜在价值。最后探讨将系统生物学与中医药相结合的应用前景,强调通过系统生物学的技术手段,能够更深入地理解中医药的复杂性,为中医药的现代化转型和临床应用提供科学支撑。文章阐述了系统生物学在中医药中的应用具有重要意义,有望为中医药的发展注入新的活力,并推动中医药走向更广阔的未来。Systems biology,as a discipline focused on the multi-dimensional analysis and modeling of complex biological systems,uses systems biology methods to excavate and simplify the inherent complexity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),thus providing a novel perspective for the scientific and modern development of TCM.This study highlights the theoretical and practical complexities of TCM and reviews the current applications of systems biology in areas such as diagnostic refinement,prescription optimization,personalized treatment,and the investigation of drug and disease mechanisms.The potential of systems biology in advancing TCM research is also discussed.Furthermore,the study envisions future prospects for integrating systems biology with TCM,emphasizing its ability to unravel the complexity of TCM and provide a robust scientific foundation for modernization and clinical application.The findings highlight the transformative role of systems biology in revitalizing TCM,opening new avenues for development and expanding its global impact.
