摘　　要：特发性黄斑孔(IMH)对中心视力造成严重损害,显著影响患者的生活质量。本文全面探讨IMH的发病机制及形成原因,涵盖机械力学、血流理论、炎症因子及激素调节等多方面内容,解析各因素对黄斑结构与功能的影响。同时,分析当前研究的局限性,以期为IMH的深入研究与临床治疗提供参考性理论依据。Idiopathic macular hole(IMH)inflicts substantial damage on central visual acuity,markedly affecting patients′quality of life.This paper conducts a comprehensive exploration of the pathogenic mechanisms and causative factors of IMH,encompassing multiple aspects including biomechanics,hemodynamic theory,inflammatory cytokines,and hormonal regulation.It delves into how each factor influences the structure and function of the macula.Additionally,the paper analyzes the current research limitations,with the expectation of providing a theoretical reference for further research and clinical treatment of IMH.
