摘　　要：2015年,联合国通过全球可持续发展目标,强调在2030年前解决社会、经济与环境问题,推动平衡与协调发展。在此背景下,日本家族企业作为重要经济主体,其长期经营原则与可持续发展理念高度契合,尤其在代际传承方面表现突出。日本家族企业秉承独特的文化传统,尊重自然,注重与外部环境建立和谐共生关系,通过精益生产和循环经济的实践,将资源配置优化与环境效益提升有机结合,为全球可持续发展提供了有力示范。尽管面临短期财务压力和激烈市场竞争的挑战,日本家族企业依托其工匠精神和长期愿景,展现了在市场调节失灵与环境压力下的强大适应力和抗风险能力。研究日本家族企业如何在可持续发展中实现经济、社会与环境目标的协调统一,并从成功案例中提炼现实路径与运作逻辑,对推动全球家族企业的可持续发展具有重要的实践价值。In 2015,the United Nations adopted the Global Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs),emphasizing the need to address social,economic,and environmental challenges by 2030 and promote balanced and coordinated development.Japanese family businesses,as key economic players,have long-term business principles that highly align with the concept of sustainable development,especially demonstrating remarkable performance in intergenerational succession.Japanese family businesses adhere to unique cultural traditions,respect nature,and focus on establishing a harmonious symbiotic relationship with the external environment.Through the practice of lean production and the circular economy,they organically combine the optimization of resource allocation with the improvement of environmental benefits,providing a powerful demonstration for global sustainable development.Despite facing the challenges of short-term financial pressures and market competition,Japanese family businesses,relying on their craftsmanship spirit and long-term vision,have shown remarkable adaptability and risk resistance in the face of market failures and environmental pressures.By studying how Japanese family businesses achieve the coordination and integration of economic,social and environmental goals in sustainable development and extracting practical paths and operation logics from successful cases,it is of great practical value for promoting the sustainable development of family businesses worldwide.
