摘　　要：集成电路事业迅速发展,与此同时集成电路领域出现了专业技能人才短缺现象。高等院校作为人才培养的摇篮和主要聚集地,如何更好地培养出敢于创新、贴近产业前沿技术的集成电路设计人才成为当今集成电路教育教学领域中值得研究的问题。本文紧贴微电子专业本科课程,以集成电路设计课程为例,建立集成电路设计相关课程资源和Verilog HDL在线评测系统。通过学习通网络课程平台和本文建立的Verilog HDL在线评测系统,为学生提供更加全面的集成电路设计资料和更便利、更契合的专业技能评定系统,有利于培养更加专业的集成电路设计高水平人才。The integrated circuit industry has been rapidly developing,but at the same time,there is a shortage of skilled professionals in the field of integrated circuit.As higher education institutions serve as the cradle and main gathering place for talent cultivation,how to better cultivate integrated circuit design professionals who are innovative and well-versed in cutting-edge technologies has become a research topic in the field of integrated circuit education.This paper focuses on undergraduate courses in the field of Microelectronics,taking the integrated circuit design course as an example.It establishes integrated circuit design related course resources and a Verilog HDL online evaluation system.Through the online learning platforms and the evaluation system established in this paper,students are provided with more comprehensive integrated circuit design materials and more convenient and tailored professional skills assessment system,which contributes to the cultivation of highly skilled integrated circuit design professionals.
