摘 要:本研究采用干法改性制备了改性贝壳粉,证明了改性剂的包覆,发现改性贝壳粉的表面更加粗糙,接触角增加,疏水性提高。在此基础上,考察了改性与未改性贝壳粉的添加量对芦苇纤维/聚乙烯复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:当改性贝壳粉的添加量为10%时,复合材料的弯曲强度、拉伸强度和冲击强度达到最大值,当添加量为15%时,其弹性模量达到最大值。改性后的贝壳粉在基体中的分散更加均匀,有效改善了复合材料的力学性能。In this study,the modified shell powder was prepared by dry modification,and the coating of the modifier was proved.It was found that the surface of the modified shell powder was rougher,and the contact angle increased,with the improved water resistance.On this basis,the effects of the addition amount of the modified and unmodified shellac on the properties of reed fibre/polyethylene composites was examined.The results showed that the bending strength,tensile strength,and impact strength of the composite reached the maximum value when the addition amount was 10%,and the elastic modulus reached the maximum value when the addition amount was 15%.The modified shell powder dispersed more evenly in the matrix,effectively improving the mechanical properties of the composite.
