摘 要:研究了广西地区10种人造板常用木材树种原料的甲醛释放量差异,以期为广西人造板生产企业的原料选择提供理论依据和指导。采用穿孔法和干燥器法对不同树种的木材进行检测,分析材料自身的甲醛释放量差异,并探究其影响因素。结果表明:10种木材原木的甲醛释放量在0.3 mg/100 g以下(穿孔法)和0.01 mg/L以下(干燥器法)。其中,穿孔法下荔枝木的甲醛释放量最高,龙眼木最低;干燥器法下安息香木和破布木的甲醛释放量最高,桉木最低。树皮是影响木材甲醛释放量的首要因素,当板材中的树皮含量小于5%时,板材的甲醛释放量相对较低。The purpose of this paper was to study the differences in formaldehyde emission between the raw materials of ten commonly used wood-based panel species in Guangxi region,and to provide theoretical basis and guidance for the selection of raw materials for wood-based panel manufacturers in Guangxi.By using the perforation method and the dryer method to test the materials of different tree species,the differences in formaldehyde emission of different species of wood itself were analyzed,and its influencing factors were explored.The results showed that the formaldehyde release of ten species of logs was below 0.3 mg/100 g(perforation method)and below 0.01 mg/L(desiccator method).Among them,the highest formaldehyde release was found in lychee wood and the lowest was in longan wood under the perforation method.The highest formaldehyde release was found in benzoin wood and ragwood,and the lowest was in eucalyptus wood under the desiccator method.The bark was the primary factor affecting the formaldehyde emission from wood.When the bark content was less than 5%,the formaldehyde emission was relatively lower.
