摘 要:为提高速生人工林用于家具生产制造优势,利用阶梯式榉木分体椭圆榫对速生杨木T型榫节点进行连接,探究了横纹连接和顺纹连接两种方式下,榫头尺寸对榫节点抗拔强度和抗弯强度的影响。结果表明:横纹连接时,榫头厚度对榫节点抗拔强度和抗弯强度均产生显著影响,且对抗拔强度的影响(p<0.001)大于对抗弯强度的影响(p=0.003);顺纹连接时,就抗拔强度而言,榫头宽度对其不产生显著影响(p=0.274),榫头厚度对其产生显著影响(p=0.015)。就抗弯强度而言,榫头宽度、榫头厚度、榫头宽度和榫头厚度双因子交互,均对其产生显著性影响,且榫头宽度的影响(p=0.012)小于榫头厚度的影响(p<0.001)。因此,速生杨木与榉木接合时,适当调整榫头宽度和厚度能有效提高榫节点强度。研究结果可为相关设计提供依据和参考。In order to improve the advantages of fast-growing plantations in furniture production and manufacturing,this paper proposes to connect the T-shaped tenon joints of fast-growing poplar by using stepped beech split elliptical tenon.The effects of tenon size on the pull-out strength and flexural strength of tenon joints were explored.The results showed that the thickness of the tenon had a significant effect on the pull-out strength and flexural strength of the tenon joint,and the effect on the pull-out strength(P<0.001)was greater than that on the flexural strength(P=0.003).In terms of pull-out strength,the width of the tenon had no significant effect on it(P=0.274),but the thickness of the tenon had a significant effect on it(P=0.015).In terms of flexural strength,the interaction of tenon width,tenon thickness,tenon width and tenon thickness all had a significant effect on it,and the effect of tenon width(P=0.012)was smaller than that of tenon thickness(P<0.001).Therefore,when Populus spp.and Fagus sylvatica were jointed,the width and thickness of the tenon can be effectively adjusted to improve the strength of the tenon joint.The results of this study can provide a basis and reference for related design.
