热压板温度场数值模拟分析及结构参数优化

摘  要:以净化板热压机热压板为研究对象,以优化净化板热压机工作性能,提高其热压板表面温度均匀性为研究目的,分析了热压板的传热过程,确定了热压板温度场数值模拟分析所需的对流换热系数。通过对热稳态的热压板进行表面温度测试及数值模拟分析,对比验证了热压板温度场数值模拟方法的可行性。基于三维建模及有限元分析软件联合仿真,对结构简化的热压板进行参数化建模及响应面优化,以热压板孔道间距L_(1)和L_(2)、孔道直径D、边部距离BL、循环回路间距XL为设计变量,热压板表面最低温度为优化目标,获得优化参数:L_(1)=30 mm、L_(2)=50 mm、D=8 mm、BL=60 mm、XL=70 mm,热压板表面最低温度为97.21℃,板面温差为2.79℃,可满足将热压板表面温差控制在3℃内的行业标准要求,较优化前的热压板表面温差降低了36.4%,热压板表面温度均匀性得到了有效提升。Taking the hot press plate of the purification plate hot press as the research object,optimizing the performance of the working machine of the purification plate hot press and improving the uniformity of the surface temperature of the hot press plate as the research purpose,the heat transfer process of the hot press plate was analyzed,and the convective heat transfer coefficient required for numerical simulation analysis of the temperature field of the hot press plate was determined.The feasibility of the numerical simulation method for the temperature field of the hot press plate was verified by comparing the surface temperature test and numerical simulation analysis of the hot press plate in the thermal steady state.Based on the 3D modeling software and Ansys joint simulation on the structure of the simplified hot press plate for parametric modeling and response surface optimization,the hot press plate aperture spacing L_(1) and L_(2),aperture diameter D,edge distance BL,circulation loop spacing XL as the design variables,the minimum temperature of the surface of the plate as the optimization goal,to obtain the optimization parameters:L_(1)=30 mm、L_(2)=50 mm、D=8 mm、BL=60 mm、XL=70 mm,the minimum temperature of the surface of the plate was 97.21℃,and the temperature difference of the surface of the plate was 2.79℃,which could meet the industry standard design requirement of controlling the temperature difference of the surface of the hot press plate within 3℃,and the temperature difference of the surface of the plate reduced by 36.4%compared with that of the pre-optimization plate,and the uniformity of the surface temperature of the hot press plate improved effectively.
