摘  要:为适应工业4.0发展与“双碳”战略的环保理念,家具制造业逐渐注重使用环保材料与减少传统材料的消耗,以达到减碳目的。轻量化设计成为家具设计的可行性选择之一。梳理了家具轻量化设计相关的国内外主要研究成果和实现方法,从轻量化技术的实现方法出发,探讨了新型轻量化材料的特点与应用,介绍了尺寸优化的模型优化过程,探讨了拓扑优化的实现过程与优化方法,并将材料与结构与仿生设计相结合实现了轻量化。针对目前研究的问题与不足,提出了未来家具轻量化设计的发展方向和趋势,以期为家具轻量化设计提供参考。In order to adapt to the development of Industry 4.0 and the environmental protection concept of"Dual Carbon"strategy,the furniture manufacturing industry is gradually focusing on the use of environmentally friendly materials and reducing the consumption of traditional materials to achieve the purpose of carbon reduction goals.Lightweight design has become one of the feasible options for furniture design.In this paper,the main achievements and implementation methods of lightweight design in the furniture industry both domestically and abroad were reviewed.Starting from the implementation methods of lightweight technology,the characteristics and applications of new lightweight materials were explored,the process of model optimization based on size optimization was introduced,the implementation process and optimization methods of topology optimization were discussed,and combined materials and structures with biomimetic design to achieve lightweight design.Future directions and trends in lightweight design for furniture were proposed to address current research problems and deficiencies,in order to provide reference for research on lightweight design for furniture.
