全瓷局部微贴面修复前牙畸形的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析前牙畸形患者采用全瓷局部微贴面技术的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月盐城市口腔医院收治的40例前牙畸形患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分成两组,各20例。对照组采用光固化复合树脂技术实施修复治疗,治疗组采用全瓷局部微贴面技术实施修复治疗。比较两组并发症发生率、修复治疗效果、美学修复效果、治疗后不同时间的牙周功能及炎症指标。结果治疗组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复后1个月,治疗组菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、探诊出血指数、C-反应蛋白水平、白细胞计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗组美观效果优良率为95.00%(19/20),高于对照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05)。结论前牙畸形患者采用全瓷局部微贴面技术实施美学修复的治疗效果明显,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of all-ceramic local micro-adhesive surface technology in patients with anterior teeth deformity.Methods A total of 40 patients with anterior teeth deformity admitted to Yancheng Stomatological Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with light-cured composite resin technology,and the treatment group was treated with all-ceramic local micro-adhesive surface technology.The incidence of complications,repair treatment effect,aesthetic repair effect,periodontal function and inflammatory indexes at different time after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after restoration,the plaque index,periodontal probing depth,probing bleeding index,C-reactive protein level and white blood cell count in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of aesthetic effect in the treatment group was 95.00%(19/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.329,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with anterior teeth deformity were treated with all-ceramic local microadhesive surface technique,and the effect of aesthetic repair was obvious,and the incidence of complications was low.
