Super-bond C&B与纤维牙周夹板在重度牙周病松动牙治疗中的应用价值比较

摘　　要：目的分析重度牙周病松动牙采用Super-bond C&B与纤维牙周夹板治疗的价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月泉州医学高等专科学校附属人民医院收治的80例重度牙周病松动牙患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为对照组(40例,实施纤维牙周夹板治疗)和观察组(40例,实施Super-bond C&B牙周夹板治疗)。比较两组牙周相关指标、修复效果、牙周夹板松动情况及治疗满意度。结果治疗后,观察组的牙菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及牙周袋探诊深度均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组修复总有效率为100.00%(40/40),高于对照组的90.00%(36/40),差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。两组牙周夹板松动率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将纤维牙周夹板和Super-bond C&B用于重度的牙周病松动牙患者的治疗中,均有一定的效果,但Super-bond C&B牙周夹板疗效更高,能够预防牙周并发症,提高美观度,患者满意度更高。Objective To analyze the value of Super-bond C&B and fiber periodontal splint in the treatment of loose teeth with severe periodontal disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe periodontal disease and loose teeth admitted to People's Hospital Affiliated of Quanzhou Medical College from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(40 cases,treated with fiber periodontal splint)and observation group(40 cases,treated with Super-bond C&B periodontal splint).The periodontal related indexes,repair effect,periodontal splint loosening and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the plaque index,sulcus bleeding index and periodontal probing depth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of repair in the observation group was 100.00%(40/40),which was higher than 90.00%(36/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040).There was no significant difference in the rate of periodontal splint loosening between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both fiber periodontal splint and Super-bond C&B have certain effects in the treatment of patients with severe periodontal disease and loose teeth,but Super-bond C&B periodontal splint has higher efficacy,can prevent periodontal complications,improve aesthetics,and have higher patient satisfaction.
