气压治疗仪预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究气压治疗仪在预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取2022年12月—2023年12月就诊于巨野县人民医院的86例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按治疗方法不同分组。对照组(43例)行传统治疗,研究组(43例)在对照组基础上加用气压治疗仪干预。比较两组下肢血流速度、凝血指标、下肢深静脉血栓发生率及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,相较于对照组,研究组腘静脉血流峰速、股静脉血流峰速、平均血流速度均更高,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间更长,纤维蛋白原水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为2.33%(1/43),比对照组的18.60%(8/43)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.081,P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气压治疗仪可调节脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢血流速度,改善患者凝血功能状态,降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,保证康复安全性。Objective To explore the effect of air pressure therapy instrument on preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into different groups.The control group(43 cases)was treated with traditional therapy,and the study group(43 cases)was treated with air pressure therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.The blood flow velocity of lower extremity,coagulation index,incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the peak velocity of popliteal vein blood flow,the peak velocity of femoral vein blood flow and the average blood flow velocity in the study group were higher,the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time were longer,the fibrinogen level was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the study group was 2.33%(1/43),which was lower than 18.60%(8/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.081,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The air pressure therapy instrument can regulate the blood flow of lower limbs,improve the coagulation state,reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,and ensure the rehabilitation safety of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
