摘 要:目的比较CT和磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)测量原发性肝癌大小的准确性。方法选取2020年12月—2023年12月山东省聊城市传染病医院收治的90例疑似原发性肝癌患者为研究对象。以手术病理活检为金标准,所有受检者均实施CT、MRI检查,并测量原发性肝癌大小,对比分析CT、MRI的诊断效能及测量原发性肝癌大小准确性的符合率。结果手术病理活检诊断阳性45例,阴性45例;CT诊断阳性47例,阴性43例;MRI诊断阳性46例,阴性44例。MRI检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。MRI测量原发性肝癌大小准确性的符合率为95.56%(43/45),高于CT的82.22%(37/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044)。结论MRI诊断原发性肝癌的价值及测量原发性肝癌大小准确性的符合率均高于CT。Objective To compare the accuracy of CT and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in measuring the size of primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with suspected primary liver cancer admitted to Infectious Disease Hospital of Liaocheng City of Shandong Province from December 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Taking surgical pathological biopsy as the gold standard,all subjects were examined by CT and MRI,and the size of primary liver cancer was measured.The diagnostic efficacy of CT and MRI and the coincidence rate of the accuracy of measuring the size of primary liver cancer were compared and analyzed.Results Surgical pathological biopsy was positive in 45 cases and negative in 45 cases.CT diagnosis was positive in 47 cases and negative in 43 cases.MRI diagnosis was positive in 46 cases and negative in 44 cases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of MRI were higher than those of CT,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The coincidence rate of MRI in measuring the size of primary liver cancer was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 82.22%(37/45)of CT,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.050,P=0.044).Conclusion The value of MRI in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer and the accuracy of measuring the size of primary liver cancer are higher than those of CT.
