网络授课方式在肿瘤专科住院医师规范化培训中的应用分析

摘  要:目的多维度调查肿瘤专科医院住院医师规范化培训学员(简称住培医师)及带教老师对网络授课方式的满意度,并对比分析理论及技能成绩差异,以期为个性化分层教学提供参考依据。方法选取2023年3—4月重庆大学附属肿瘤医院住培医师(n=64)及带教老师(n=63)为研究对象。通过发放调查问卷的形式,从便捷性、实用性、意愿性方面评价网络授课方式效果及满意度。对比分析住培医师理论与技能成绩差异。结果共收集问卷住培医师64份,带教老师63份。二者普遍对便捷性评价非常高。56名(87.50%)住培医师对知识的掌握度、学习自主性提升,课后复习便捷,课件共享性及整体呈现满意。58名(90.63%)的住培医师及40名(63.49%)的教师愿意通过网络平台开展授课。住培医师理论成绩总平均分高于线下授课方式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尤其是内科住培医师(P=0.027)。而技能成绩总平均分则低于线下授课方式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特别是一年级住培医师(P=0.035)。结论网络授课方式在肿瘤专科医院规范化培训中具有较好便捷性,实用性整体评价较高,大部分住培医师及带教老师愿意采用网络授课方式。Objective To conduct a multidimensional survey the satisfaction of standardized resident training students(referred to as resident physician)and teachers in tumor hospitals with online teaching method,and to compare and analyze the differences in theoretical and skill scores,in order to provide reference for personalized stratified teaching.Methods The subjects of this study were resident physicians(n=64)and teachers(n=63)in Chongqing University Cancer Hospital from March to April 2023.Through the form of questionnaire,the effect and satisfaction of online teaching method were evaluated from the aspects of convenience,practicality and willingness.The difference between the theory and skill of resident physician was compared and analyzed.Results A total of 64 questionnaires were collected from resident physicians and 63 from teachers.Both of them generally had a very high evaluation of convenience.Over 56(87.50%)students had improved knowledge mastery,improved learning autonomy,convenient afterclass review,and satisfactory courseware sharing and overall presentation.58(90.63%)resident physicians and 40(63.49%)teachers were willing to teach through the online platform.The total average score of students in theory was higher than that in offline teaching method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially for internal medicine students(P=0.027).The total average score of skills was lower than that of offline teaching method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially for first-year students(P=0.035).Conclusion The application of online teaching method in standardized training of resident physicians in tumor hospitals has good convenience and practicality.The overall evaluation is high,and most resident training physicians and teachers are willing to use online teaching methods.
