摘  要:目的 构建泰勒行为目标模式视域下的男科进修护士培养方案,为男科派遣护士进修学习培训提供参考。方法 通过理论研究、质性访谈、需求调查初步构建指标初稿。于2023年9月至11月,通过德尔菲专家函询法对来自全国的17名男科医疗、男科护理、护理管理、教育领域的专家进行函询,分析函询结果。结果 通过2轮专家函询构建了男科进修护士培养方案,包括培养目标(一级指标3项,二级指标26项)、培养内容(一级指标6项,二级指标44项)、培养方式(一级指标3项,二级指标12项)和评价方式(一级指标4项,二级指标13项),2轮函询的问卷回收率分别为94.44%、100.00%,专家权威系数为0.903,肯德尔和谐系数为0.142、0.192。结论 经专家函询,以泰勒行为目标模式为理论基础构建的男科进修护士培养方案具有一定的科学性和可靠性,注重进修护士理论知识的学习和实践技能的掌握,培养内容重点为男科专科护理的内涵,培养方式多样化,评价方式注重应用效果,具有一定的实用性。专家的积极性高,权威性高,意见协调程度较好。此套培养方案对男科进修护士的培养和临床教学的开展具有一定的参考价值。Objective To construct a training program for continuing education nurses in andrology from the perspective of Taylor's behavioral goal model,and to provide reference for the continuing education training of dispatched nurses in andrology.MethodsA preliminary draft of indicators was constructed through theoretical research,qualitative interviews,and needs surveys.From September to November 2023,a Delphi expert inquiry method was used to conduct inquiries on 17 experts in the fields of andrology healthcare,andrology nursing,nursing management,and education from across the country,and the results of the inquiries were analyzed.ResultsA training plan for continuing education nurses in andrology was constructed through two rounds of expert inquiries,including training objectives(3primaryindicators and 26 secondary indicators).training content(6 primary indicators and 44 secondary indicators),training methods(3 primary indicators and 12 secondary indicators),and evaluation methods(4 primaryindicators and 13 secondary indicators).The questionnaire response rates for the two rounds of inquiry were 94.44%and 100.00%,respectively,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.903,with the Kendall harmony coefficients being 0.142 and 0.192.Conclusions According to the expert inquiries,the training program for continuing education nurses in andrology based on Taylor's behavioral goal model has a certain degree of scientificity and reliability.It focuses on the learing of theoretical knowledge and the mastering of practical skills for continuing education nurses.The training content focuses on the connotation of specialized nursing in andrology.The training methods are diverse,and the evaluation methods focus on applicational effects,which has a certain practicality.The enthusiasm and authority of the experts are high,and the coordination of opinions is good.This training program has certain reference value for the training and the development of clinical teaching of continuing education nurses in andrology.
