磺达肝癸钠在预防晚期肿瘤患者静脉血栓形成的疗效观察和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 探究磺达肝癸钠在预防晚期肿瘤患者静脉血栓形成的疗效和安全性。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年2月在我院收治的符合标准的120例肿瘤晚期患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=60)、研究组(n=60)。比较两组患者治疗前后凝血功能指标(TT、PT、APTT和FIB)、静脉血栓发生情况、炎症因子指标(CRP、TNF-α和IL-8)以及在治疗过程中的不良反应发生率。结果 治疗前,两组TT、PT、APTT和FIB比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,TT、FIB均降低,PT、APTT均升高(P<0.05),且研究组TT、FIB水平较对照组降低更多,PT、APTT水平较对照组升高更多(P<0.05)。研究组血栓发生率较对照组降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平都有所降低,相对而言,研究组的血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平降低更多(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 磺达肝癸钠在预防晚期肿瘤患者静脉血栓形成中效果显著,可改善凝血功能、降低静脉血栓发生率、调节炎症因子,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of fondaparinux sodium in preventing venous thrombosis in advanced tumor patients.Methods Study subjects were selected from 120 patients with advanced tumors who met the criteria and were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023,and were divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60)by random number table.The coagulation function indicators(TT,PT,APTT,and FIB),venous thrombosis occurrence,inflammatory factor indicators(CRP,TNF-α,and IL-8),and side reactions during treatment were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically difference in coagulation function indicators TT,PT,APTT,and FIB(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,coagulation function indicators TT and FIB in both groups decreased after treatment,PT and APTT both increased(P<0.05),and TT and FIB in study group were lower than those in control group,PT and APTT were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombosis in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-8 were reduced,and comparatively speaking,serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-8 of study group were reduced more(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Fondaparinux sodium has a great effect in preventing venous thrombosis in advanced tumor patients,improving coagulation function,reducing the incidence of venous thrombosis,regulating inflammatory factors.It is worth promoting and applying.
