摘  要:电脑刺绣机挑线机构运动状态的可靠性直接影响刺绣速度和精度。在复杂工况下,电脑刺绣机的面线和底线消耗关系对绣品质量至关重要。而在底线和面线的配合中,挑线机构起到关键作用,因此是需解决刺绣机挑线机构的轨迹优化问题。以电脑刺绣机挑线机构为研究对象,通过对挑线机构进行数学建模,运用均匀B样条曲线拟合刺绣机挑线凸轮运动轨迹,设计适用于同面料的刺绣机线凸轮轨迹。通过与传统插值函数拟合方法对比,仿真曲线和实验验证了该方法在电脑刺绣机挑线凸轮轨迹设计中能够准确反应曲率变化,提升凸轮轨迹精度要求,为行业研究人员提供技术支持。The reliability of the motion state of the thread picking mechanism of the computer embroidery machine directly affects the speed and accuracy of embroidery.Under complex working conditions,the consumption relationship between the surface line and the bottom line of the computer embroidery machine is very important to the quality of the embroidery.In the cooperation of the bottom line and the surface line,the thread-picking mechanism plays a key role,so it is urgent to solve the trajectory optimization problem of the thread-picking mechanism of the embroidery machine.Taking the take-up mechanism of computer embroidery machine as the research object,through the mathematical modeling of the take-up mechanism,the uniform B-spline curve is used to fit the trajectory of the take-up cam of the embroidery machine,and the trajectory of the take-up cam of the embroidery machine suitable for the same fabric is de-signed.By comparing with the traditional interpolation function fitting method,the simulation curve and experiment verify that the method can accurately reflect the curvature change in the design of the cam trajectory of the computer embroidery machine,improve the accuracy requirements of the cam trajectory,and provide technical support for industry researchers.
