微通道内制冷剂流动沸腾换热特性实验研究

摘  要:为了探究低碳制冷剂及其混合工质在微通道内的流动沸腾换热特性,设计并搭建了微通道流动沸腾换热和两相压降实验系统,开展了流动沸腾传热系数和绝热两相摩擦压降实验研究。结果表明,R32和R1234ze(E)的流动沸腾传热系数随干度的增大先下降后增大再下降,随质量流速和热流密度的增大而增大;相同实验工况下,R32的流动沸腾传热系数大于R1234ze(E),混合工质的流动沸腾传热系数均小于单工质,且随R32质量分数的增大而增大;R32和R1234ze(E)的绝热两相摩擦压降均随质量流速和干度的增大而增大,且质量流速越大绝热两相摩擦压降随干度的增长斜率越大;相同实验工况下,R1234ze(E)的绝热两相摩擦压降大于R32,混合工质的绝热两相摩擦压降差别不大,都与R32的接近。In order to investigate the flow-boiling heat transfer characteristics of low-carbon refrigerants and their mixtures in minichannels,a flow-boiling heat transfer and two-phase pressure drop experimental system in a minichannel was designed and constructed.The results show that the flow boiling heat transfer coefficients of R32 and R1234ze(E)decrease and then increase with the increase of vapor quality,and then decrease again,and increase with the increase of mass flux and heat flux.The flow boiling heat transfer coefficients of R32 are larger than those of R1234ze(E)for the same experimental conditions.The flow boiling heat transfer coefficients of the mixtures are all smaller than those of single refrigerants,and increase with the increase of the mass fraction of R32.The adiabatic two-phase friction pressure drop of R32 and R1234ze(E)increases with the increase of mass flux and vapor quality,the larger the mass flux,the slope of the adiabatic two-phase friction pressure drop increases with the increase of vapor quality.The adiabatic two-phase friction pressure drop of R1234ze(E)is larger than that of R32 for the same experimental conditions.The difference of the adiabatic two-phase friction pressure drop of the mixtures is not significant,those of the mixtures are close to those of R32.
