摘 要:以快速检测水环境中抗生素类新污染为目的,设计了基于氮硫共掺杂碳点(N,S-CDs)荧光探针检测水环境中诺氟沙星(NOR)的研究型实验。以柠檬酸铵和L-半胱氨酸为前体,采用直接热解法合成N,S-CDs荧光探针,探讨N,S-CDs检测NOR的荧光传感机理,实现水环境中NOR的快速测定。实验内容包括荧光探针的制备、检测条件的优化、机理探索和检测方法建立。通过新污染物新检测方法的实验设计,将前沿的现代环境分析技术引入本科实验课程,激发学生的科研兴趣,有助于提高学生的创新实践能力。Applying cutting-edge scientific research achievements in the field of environmental analysis,a novel fluorescent sensor based on a nanocarbon material,nitrogen-sulfur co-doped carbon dots(N,S-CDs),was experimentally designed for the highly sensitive detection of norfloxacin(NOR)in the aqueous environment.The experiment synthesizes N,S-CDs fluorescent probes by direct pyrolysis of ammonium citrate and L-cysteine as precursors,explores the fluorescence sensing mechanism of N,S-CDs,and achieves rapid determination of NOR in aqueous environment.The experiment includes the preparation of fluorescent probes,optimization of detection conditions,exploration of mechanisms,and establishment of detection methods.Based on the experimental design of new pollutants detection methods,the advanced environmental analysis techniques were introduced into undergraduate experimental courses.This experiment stimulates students’research interests and improves their innovative practical abilities,which is suitable for research-oriented experimental teaching for undergraduate students of the environment.
