摘　　要：针对实践课程体系同质化,工程人才培养质量与产业需求不匹配等问题,立足应用型本科院校,分析了产教融合开展卓越现场工程师培养的内涵和理论基础,厘清应用型本科卓越现场工程师的培养目标和人才规格。结合实践案例构建了“产教融合、项目引领、全程贯穿、能力进阶”4级系列化项目课程体系,并从产教融合共建实践育人平台、目标导向改革实践教学模式、机制创新培育良好生态等方面,对卓越现场工程师实践教学体系进行研究和探索,形成了可参考、可借鉴的经验和范式。Because the homogenization of the practical curriculum system cannot fully reflect the characteristics of different industry and the talent cultivation positioning of different universities,and mismatches between engineer cultivating and industry demand,this paper analyzes the connotation and theoretical foundation of integrating industry and education to cultivate excellent on-site engineer with the application-oriented college viewpoint,and the cultivating goals and talent specifications of excellent on-site engineers.From practical cases,a four-level series project curriculum system is constructed,it can be characterized by“industry and education integration,project leading,entire process cultivation,engineering ability evolution”.Further research on excellent on-site engineer practical teaching system is conducted from the aspects of industry and education integration,practical education platform co-construction,goal oriented practical teaching mode reformation,integration mechanism innovation which forms reference-able experience and paradigms on industry education integration and project curriculum system construction.
