摘  要:面向装备制造领域,分析职业院校在机电类专业实训教学过程中存在设备更新缓慢、工位数不足、采购维护成本高,对多样性工艺、流程、场景适应性差等诸多不足,依托新一代信息技术,提出虚实融合的实训教学设计方案。对装备制造产线设备进行数字化孪生设计,搭建数字化虚拟仿真实训平台。以专业核心课程工业机器人操作与编程为例,应用数字孪生与虚拟现实技术,进行虚实融合的课程实训教学改革。实践表明,新方案的实施有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学习主动性,提升教学效果,为数智化技能型人才的培养提供了新的思路与方法。This paper examines the issues of delayed equipment updates,inadequate station numbers,high costs associated with procurement and maintenance,and poor adaptability to diverse processes,procedures,and scenarios in the practical training and teaching of mechanical and electrical engineering at vocational colleges.A design proposal for practical training that integrates virtual and real elements is presented.Based on the technical roadmap within the proposed framework and the actual production practices of discrete digital manufacturing enterprises,the digital twin design of the equipment manufacturing production line is conducted,a digital virtual simulation training platform is established,and virtual-reality co-debugging is achieved.Using the core professional course“Industrial Robot Operation and Programming”as a case study,digital twin technology and virtual reality technology are employed to implement a course practical training teaching reform that combines virtual and real elements,thereby creating a novel practical training teaching model.In practice,this approach enhances students’learning interest,stimulates their learning initiative,and significantly improves teaching outcomes.This provides a fresh perspective and methodology for the cultivation of intelligent technical and skilled personnel.
