摘 要:为探索一种适应智能时代管理要求的高效管理模式,用精益思想对实验室管理中的现状进行了系统分析,对精益思想在高校自然科学实验室管理中的应用成效进行了系统性评估,提出了适合高校自然科学实验室管理的精益+六西格玛+TOC三位一体化管理模式,并通过案例分析验证了其适用性。结果表明:该模式显著提高了实验室管理效率,减少了不必要的浪费;同时实验室安全和实验人员健康得到了很好的保障,用户满意度显著提高。也为提高类似实验室的管理水平提供了思路。In order to explore an efficient university laboratory management model in the intelligence era,the concept of lean thinking and its application status in laboratory management were comprehensively reviewed and systematically analyzed.On this base,the application effectiveness of lean thinking in basic science laboratories in universities was systematically evaluated.Thus,a Lean+Six Sigma+TOC three-dimensional integrated model suitable for managing basic science laboratories in universities was proposed.The model integrates lean thinking,six sigma theory and constraint theory.It is proved effective by its application in Geographical Science Analysis Laboratory.The results show that the model significantly improves the efficiency of laboratory management and reduces unnecessary wastes.Moreover,laboratory safety and the experimenters’health are well guaranteed,and the customers’satisfaction is significantly improved.Finally,it provides a train of thought for improving the management levels of similar laboratories.
